How to Join
Joining is simple. Follow these four steps to become a member of the Wangaratta 4x4 Club.
Print our membership application form from this page or pick one up at any club night.
Complete your personal details, vehicle information, and emergency contact. Sign and date the form.
Annual membership is $100 β covers a single person or the whole family. Pay by bank transfer, cash at a club night, or cheque.
You'll receive your membership card, club sticker, and be added to the trip notification list within a week.
Choose Your Membership
One flat fee of $100 covers a single person or an entire family. Memberships run from 1 May to 30 April. Pro-rata pricing applies for those joining mid-year.

Club Rules & Code of Conduct
We're a club built on respect β for each other, for the environment, and for the tracks we drive. All members are expected to follow these guidelines.
π On the Track
- Always follow the Trip Leader's instructions
- Stay in convoy β never overtake the lead vehicle
- Ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and trip-appropriate
- Carry a basic recovery kit on all trips
- No alcohol consumption while driving
- Carry adequate food, water, and first aid supplies
- Notify the Trip Leader before leaving the group
πΏ Environment & Land
- Leave No Trace β pack out all rubbish
- Stay on designated tracks at all times
- No track-cutting or creating new tracks
- Respect private property and all land closures
- Campfires only where permitted and safe
- Observe all wildlife and vegetation protection rules
- Adhere to Parks Victoria and DELWP regulations
π€ Club Conduct
- Treat all members and guests with respect
- No bullying, harassment, or discrimination
- Act as a positive ambassador for the club at all times
- Report safety concerns to the committee promptly
- Pay membership fees by 31 May each year
π‘οΈ Safety First
- Pre-trip vehicle inspections are mandatory
- All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times
- Emergency PLB or satellite communicator recommended
- Trip plans lodged with the secretary before departure
- Non-compliance may result in membership review
